Atrav\u00e9s de exerc\u00edcios psicof\u00edsicos, tem como objetivo desenvolver a presen\u00e7a, a consci\u00eancia corporal e a disponibilidade criativa dos participantes. O treinamento envolve pr\u00e1ticas de respira\u00e7\u00e3o, movimento, voz e improvisa\u00e7\u00e3o, estimulando a escuta interna e coletiva.
